As some one who likes to visit other cities music stores, I find myself glad we have Palmetto Strings here in Columbia. Palmetto Strings is like an undiscovered gem here in Columbia and we are lucky to have it as most cities do not have a full service string shop in their city. In the last year, I have been to Atlanta, Washington, D.C. and New York music stores. Not only does Palmetto Strings have better prices, but most of the time, they have better instruments. The service is fantastic and everyone is so friendly. I was treated well and my daughter was treated well. When I need something, I will go back. A+  ~James W.
